 As the summer is in theory here for the northern hemisphere –

it’s time to consider that un-heroic scuttle from the lounger to the pool.

Yes, it’s time to be unveil your body to a wider public. So, because we love you, gentle reader, and we also suspect you might have been spending a little too long in front of the computer, our Jyoti today runs us through a slightly more strenuous 5 minute yoga today to tone you from top to toe.

It’s not something you can do at the office, unless you have a door you can shut. And really you should do a little stretching first (watch those shoulders and wrists carpul tunnel types!).

But this really will tone every muscle in your body and give you that coveted flat stomach in double quick time.

Next week we’ll be bringing you a ‘flow’ version of this for the more advanced and strong of arm (but if you’re not there yet, don’t worry – do this for a few weeks and you soon will be).
