More of our quick yoga stretches to save your poor body from being hunched up like a paperclip all day in the office.

We worry about you – you work too hard. You don’t stretch enough and what on earth is going on with those shoulders?

Really – take a break. Follow our Jyoti as she shows you some lovely shoulder and neck releasing twists and exercises so that you can feel long and lean (and tall and lovely… and… oh wait, we’ve become the Girl from Ipanema).

Don’t do that, but do become calm and relaxed with a little shoulder releasing.
