The airline KLM started using social media to find their passengers and give them little gifts for their trips.
Sweet, cool and very good for business.
The vid’s a little long, but it’s worth sticking with it. And it is a very, very cool idea. How could you use it in your business?
Mind you, we think it’d be nerve wracking to see your name held up at the gate just before you got on your flight. Usually, that’s never a good sign.
Good on KLM for doing something lovely. Random acts of kindness are always good.
