Video : 5 minute yoga : Boat pose for a flat stomach and a beach ready body

Jyoti Sharma for Rethink Retreats takes us through some variations of the well known yoga toner ‘the boat’
This deceptively simple exercise will tone you from top to toe in just a few minutes. If you do this regularly you’ll see results fast.
Don’t forget to listen to Jyoti’s advice about making sure your body is warm and stretched. And be ultra careful if you have lower back problems – you’ll see that Jyoti has a little issue with her back towards the end of the vid. How rarely do yoga teachers show this stuff – everyone sometimes has to stop an exercise as it’s not right for them that day.
