Following on from last weeks plank variations – here’s a slightly more advance flowing version.
If it’s too much for you right now, then stick to last weeks exercises and build up to it.
And if it seems a bit too simple for you… then do a bit more, another couple of sets of this and you’ll be clear: it’s doing your core muscles a power of good!
