Video : 5 minute yoga : Leg lifts for a flat stomach
Continuing with our simple exercises to target your core muscles and give you a super fast flat stomach – this week Jyoti takes us through some killer leg lifts.
Oh so simple, and yet oh so hard. And if you don’t find them hard… just do a couple more of them, and you’ll feel them working.
But that means you’ll have a great looking stomach AND your back and core will be lovely and strong. Which means that your posture will be good, and you’ll look more svelte and probably sleep better too (slumped posture contributes to insomnia).
